Kitsilano

Kitsilano, or “Kits”, is one of Vancouver’s most cherished neighbourhoods. With its well-preserved craftsman-style heritage homes, California bungalows, and newer condo developments built along arbutus-lined streets, it has a distinct character Vancouverites have loved for generations. The arts thrive in the area. Kits hosts Vancouver’s annual summer folk music festival, Bard on the Beach, and the Kitsilano Showboat. Locals love shopping at the trendy boutiques along West 4th Ave, and the organic markets, cafes, and yoga studios in the area. The neighbourhood’s condos and heritage homes attract a diverse demographic, from young families and professionals to university students.
